As you know, the butt welding pipe fittings is a very ordinary pipe fitting among the pipeline industry. SEAMLESS OR NOT?

For small size not bigger than 16inch(out diameter), we can manufacture the butt welded fitting as SMLS. For the one which is larger that 16inch, we will manufacture as welded. No matter welded or seamless, almost all of the fittings are manufactured with pipes(welded and seamless).

STAINLESS STEEL OR NOT?

For the material of the butt welding fitting, we usually manufactured by carbon steel and stainless steel as the most common.

For the Carbon steel ones, the price is much lower than the stainless ones, for the surface treatment the carbon steel usually paint black as it can be oxidized easily when exposure. We also can manufacture some more other material like alloy A234 WPC, A234 WPL6, A234 WPL3, A234 WP1, WP5, WP9, WP309, WP310, WP347, WP347H...etc.

  THE STANDARD OF THE BUTT WELDED FITTING.

The very common standard of the butt welding fittings is ASME B16.9, and for other standard is also available, like ASME B16.28, MSS SP 75, JIS B2220, B2311, B2312...etc.
